Even though Kofi Annan said " never again" after what happened in Rwanda, the U.N. has decided that it will sit on it's thumbs yet again.

After the Security Council recieved a report stating a "reign of terror" was going on in the region, it was decided no immediate action would be taken and the situation would be revisited in June. I'm sure those that will be dead by June are comforted by the U.N.'s bold action.

Let's see, Kosovo, Rwanda, Iraq, now the Sudan. When will the U.N. actually do SOMETHING, except whine?
